  • What cameras are supported? Sentinel supports approved IP camera workflows using RTSP and MJPEG.
  • Can I control camera movement? PTZ is available when the connected camera exposes compatible PTZ controls.
  • Why is my stream delayed? Delays can be caused by network congestion, bitrate settings, or weak signal quality.
  • Can I run multiple cameras at once? Yes. Groups and layouts are available to organize multi-camera operations.

Troubleshooting

  1. Confirm iPhone and camera network stability.
  2. Validate stream URL, credentials, and protocol (RTSP/MJPEG).
  3. Restart camera and reopen the app fully.
  4. Check the same stream in another client on the same network.
  5. Update to the latest app build in TestFlight or App Store.
